Doing my inspection I notice all the wheels are like this, so I told them about it and they said just drive with it today and we’ll fix it tomorrow. I said hell no this is a step van isn’t DOT vehicles more strict on safety??? So I grounded that bitch, few mins they came back and with a few finger taps they ungrounded this van. They told me I’m to deliver my route in this vehicle and if I ground it again I will be sent home and receive a warning. There’s no way in hell I’m driving this van on the streets so I grounded it again. Manager told me to pick my stuff up and clock out I’ll receive the warning by email. Am I in the wrong here??? This is clearly dot regulated and if I’m caught outside driving this shit during a random inspection my ass is on the line.
Got sent home and got a warning for this!
